Lourdes jumped out to a 16-1 lead at halftime on Saturday afternoon and the Gray Wolves defeated Clarke 20-7 at Centennial Park in Davenport, Iowa, running their win streak to six consecutive games.

Patrick Yannarelli said. "Everyone contributed throughout the contest. We are pleased with our road trip and are looking forward to practice this week."
The Gray Wolves, ranked fifth in the latest NAIA poll, held a 35-9 shot advantage over the first 30 minutes, and kept the Crusaders off of the scoreboard in the opening quarter while building a 7-0 lead after one. The lead ballooned to 14-0 with 5:57 to play in the second Lourdes was well on its way to the win.
Danny Bichsel (Westerville, Ohio/North H.S.) led the way with five goals for the Gray Wolves while
Jared Yoshino (Toledo, Ohio/Southview H.S.) added three goals and had seven assists for a 10-point day.
Dalton Vowles (Toledo, Ohio/Saint John's H.S.) also had three goals and added a pair of helpers for five points, while
Casey Hilfinger (Whitehouse, Ohio/Anthony Wayne H.S.) also tallied five points with a goal and four assists.
Mason Bryan (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin H.S.) and
Dylan Gill (Holland, Ohio/Saint Francis H.S.) each registered two goals and an assist.
Jay Fisher (Toledo, Ohio/Southview H.S.),
Nic Mueller (Temperance, Mich./Bedford H.S.),
Tanner Jaramillo (Sylvania, Ohio/Northview H.S.), and
Quinton Duran (Toledo, Ohio/Saint Francis H.S.) each tallied a goal as well for the Gray Wolves, with Duran's being his first collegiate tally as 10 different Lourdes players found the back of the cage.
Hilfinger collected nine ground balls, Fisher had eight, and Jaramillo tallied seven as Lourdes finished with a 50-34 edge in that category. The Gray Wolves held a 49-28 shot advantage for the game as well.
Conner Mishler (Lambertville, Mich./Saint John's H.S.) recorded seven saves in the victory.
Louis Deeny led Clarke (1-5) with three goals while Kaleb Cordova finished with four points on two goals and two assists.
Lourdes (9-1) will return to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Friday night as the Gray Wolves head to Adrian, Mich. to face Siena Heights. The opening faceoff is set for 7 p.m. at O'Laughlin Stadium.
