Lourdes saw the 2018 season come to a close on Saturday afternoon, as Siena Heights spoiled Senior Day with a 5-0 victory over the Gray Wolves at Wildcat Stadium.

Prior to the match, the Gray Wolves honored Lana Bell (Waterville, Ohio/Anthony Wayne H.S.), Reagan Boice (Pemberville, Ohio/Eastwood H.S.), Isabelle Karamuco (Novi, Mich./Novi H.S.), Helena Rammal (Grand Rapids, Mich./Catholic Central H.S.), Alyssa Swanson (Canton, Mich./Plymouth H.S.), and Kiley Transit (Royal Oak, Mich./Royal Oak H.S.) prior to the six seniors playing in their final collegiate contest.

Siena Heights wasted little time finding the back of the net as Taylor Mulder sent a cross that deflected into the goal just 1:46 into the contest.

The Saints added three more tallies in a 10-minute span midway through the first half to take a 4-0 lead into intermission.  Ashley Strong tapped in a rebound on the goal line for the second goal while Kathryn Gordon followed with a goal following a corner kick.  Mulder added her second of the match with 16:27 to play before half, dribbling through defenders and scoring from 15 yards out.

Haylie Curtiss added the final goal in with just under 30 minutes to play in the match, heading home a ball in the box from Danielle Eastman.

Siena Heights (13-5, 6-5 WHAC) outshot Lourdes 22-10 on the afternoon, holding an 11-5 edge in each half.  Bell led the Gray Wolves with five shot attempts, three of which were on goal.

Transit made eight saves in goal for the Gray Wolves, and in the process set the school's single season save percentage mark at .833.  Kerstyn Williams (Taylor, Mich./Woodhaven H.S.) added two stops in just under 10 minutes of action.

Kara Bishop made one first half save in goal for the Saints while Sophia Lentz made two stops over the final 45 minutes.

Lourdes finished the season 4-11-2 overall and 1-9-1 in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play.
