Lourdes began its four-game road trip on Saturday afternoon, suffering a 19-4 setback to Hope at Van Andel Soccer stadium in Holland, Mich.
 
The Flying Dutch scored the game's first 12 goals before Hannah Merrick (South Lyon, Mich./East H.S.) scored her second collegiate tally to put Lourdes on the scoreboard just before halftime.
 
Ashley Hunt (Cape May, N.J./Lower Cape May H.S.) scored a pair of second half goals for the Gray Wolves while Bella D'Arcy (Hartland, Mich./Hartland H.S.) also found the back of the cage over the final 30 minutes.
 
Hope (2-1) outshot Lourdes 33-11 on the afternoon, including a 25-8 edge on net.  The Flying Dutch also held an 18-9 advantage in ground balls.
 
Jacque Pappadakes (Rocky River, Ohio/Rocky River H.S.) made six saves in goal for the Gray Wolves while Tiara Reed (Maumee, Ohio/Anthony Wayne H.S.) caused three turnovers defensively.
 
Carly Pieri led Hope with four goals as the Flying Dutch finished the day with eight different goal scorers.
 
Lourdes (2-4) will head to Columbia, S.C. on Wednesday afternoon, as the Gray Wolves battle Cumberlands (Ky.) in a neutral site contest.  The opening draw is set for 2 p.m. at Younts Stadium.
