Final Results

Lourdes University's Madeleine Wadesisi (Cleveland, Ohio/Central Catholic H.S.) placed seventh at the Missouri Valley Open on Saturday as the Gray Wolves' lone competitor on the final day of competition inside the Burns Athletic Complex in Marshall, Mo.
 
"We were happy to see Wadesisi squeeze out a seventh place finish at her first collegiate competition," head coach Kate Ray said afterwards.  "There's still a lot of room for adjustments though.  We are ready to go back to work."
 
Entering the day in the consolation draw, Wadesisi dropped her first match of the day via fall before pinning Kylie Martin of William Penn in the seventh place match 25 seconds into the second period.
 
As a team, the Gray Wolves finished the tournament in a tie for 25^th place in the field of 38 schools with 14.5 total points.
 
Lourdes returns to the match on Dec. 2 as the Gray Wolves return home to host Hiram.  Action in the dual meet begins at 7 p.m. inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.
