th-ranked Lourdes' Homecoming and season opener on Friday evening with a 48-0 victory over the Gray Wolves inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.

Mattie Meek (Sturgis, Mich./Sturgis H.S.) and
Mari Romo (Houston, Texas/Foster H.S.) each fell in 10-0 tech fall decisions at 109 and 116 pounds respectively.
The Gray Wolves did pick up a pair of wins in exhibition matches after the dual was decided. Romo scored a 16-15 win over the Warriors' Riley Horvath while
Kylah Holka (Niagara Falls, N.Y./Niagara Falls H.S.) registered a pin just 13 seconds into her contest against Shelby Cope.
Lourdes (0-1) will return to the mat on Nov. 14 as the Gray Wolves take part in the Adrian Open. Action begins at 9 a.m. inside of the Merillat Sport & Fitness Center in Adrian, Mich.
