Tam-o-Shanter Website Sylvania Tam-o-Shanter has been home to the Lourdes basketball and volleyball programs since athletics began at the school prior to the 2010-2011 season. The Gray Wolves play on a NBA basketball court which is situation in the rear of the field turf room.
This complex boasts two indoor NHL sized ice arenas, one 36,000 sports and exhibition center, pro shop, restaurant, and concessions. Within Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter is a 36,000 square foot multi-purpose facility. During the winter months the SSEC utilizes its state of the art indoor turf for lacrosse, soccer, flag football and birthday parties. The NBA Basketball court offers indoors basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball capabilities. Additionally, SSEC hosts over 25 spring & fall annual trade shows, expos, receptions, concerts and special events.
Directions to Tam-o-Shanter: From I-475/US-23: Take exit 13 (Central Avenue) west to McCord Road. Turn right on McCord Road and follow to Sylvania Avenue. Turn left on Sylvania Avenue and Tam-o-Shanter will be 0.5 miles down on the right.
