Gray Wolf Field, which is part of the Lourdes/Northview Athletic Complex, was slated to open in spring of 2020 as the new home for the Lourdes University softball program. However, the COVID-19 virus has pushed the Gray Wolves’ inaugural season at their new home to 2021.
The field is shared between the Gray Wolves and Northview High School.
The facility is all turf, making it possible to play more games on inclement weather days. In addition, full dugouts were erected and there are batting cages beyond the centerfield fence.
Grandstands wrap around the field from first base to third base, with a fully-functional press box located at the top.
Directions to Gray Wolf Field: From US 23: Take exit 234 (Monroe Street) west to Silica Road. Turn left on Silica and field will be on your right around the first curve.
