Lourdes University Athletics

Dan Bichsel joined the Lourdes University men’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2017.

Bichsel played for the Gray Wolves from 2014-2016, where he concluded his career as the school’s all-time leader in goals.  He still ranks second on Lourdes’ career scoring charts in goals, assists, and points, and is in the top-10 for ground balls.

A two-time Honorable Mention All Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference selection for the Gray Wolves, he was named the WHAC Offensive Player of the Week four times during his collegiate career.  He was a MCLA Honorable Mention All-American in 2016 as well.

Bichsel also excelled in the classroom, as he was twice named to the WHAC All-Academic Team.

A 2017 graduate of Lourdes, Bichsel earned his bachelor’s degree in education.
