2017 CC: Ran at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships (Nov. 4), posting a 5K time of 34:35.8 … a member of the WHAC All-Academic Team ... named to the Dean’s List fall semester.
 
2017 TF: Competed in events ranging from 300m through the mile during the indoor season … had a season’s best time of 1:21.16 at the Defiance Dick Small Invitational (Feb. 10) … turned in a season’s best time of 3:30.81 in the 800m indoors at the Defiance College Invitational on Jan. 28 and a time of 7:45.47 in the mile at the Tiffin Dragon Open (Jan. 21) … threw the javelin during outdoor season … had a best mark of 26.32m at the WHAC Championship (May 4) … named to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference All-Academic for both the indoor and outdoor season … named to the Dean’s List spring semester.
 
2016 CC: Competed in all seven races for Lourdes … turned in a season’s best time of 2620.82 over 5K at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Oct. 22 … had a 6K best of 33:24.3 at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship (Sept. 30) … selected to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference All-Academic Team … a member of the WHAC All-Academic Team … named to the Dean’s List spring semester.
 
2015 CC: Raced in all six meets for the Gray Wolves … posted a season’s best 5K time of 24:45.9 at the WHAC Championship on Nov. 7 … crossed the finish line in 30:17.20 over 6K at the Ohio Intercollegiate Championship (Oct. 2) … named to the WHAC All-Academic Team.
 
2014 CC: Competed in all seven races during rookie campaign … turned in a season’s best time of 27:47.0 over 5K at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championship (Nov. 8) … posted a 6K effort of 36:39.48 at the Ohio Intercollegiate Championship on Oct. 3.
 
2013 CC: Sat out the season as a redshirt … named to the Dean’s List both fall and spring semesters.
 
Prep: Did not run cross country for the Wildcats … lettered in softball and volleyball.
