Maria D'Angelo joined the Lourdes women's lacross staff as an assistant coach in February of 2021.
D'Angelo spent the 2020 season as an assistant coach at Sylvania Northview High School prior to the season being cancelled due to COVID-19. She has also been actively involved with club programs and youth teams in the Northwest Ohio area.
In 2018-2019, D'Angelo was a volunteer assistant at Lourdes leading the strength and conditioning program for the women's lacrosse team.
A four-year letterwinner for Grand Valley State University during her collegiate days, she played on attack for the Lakers and helped the team win three Great Lakes Incollegiate Athletic Conference titles. Grand Valley State made an NCAA appearance in 2016.
A 2018 graduate of Grand Valley State, D'Angelo earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is also a certified personal trainer.
