    Head Women's Lacrosse Coach
Sierra Wagoner was named the head women's lacrosse coach at Lourdes University in January of 2021.
 
Wagoner enters the 2023 season, her third with the Gray Wolves, with a 2-15 record both at Lourdes and during her collegiate coaching career.
 
She produced a Second Team All Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference selection in 2021 and in 2022 had a Gray Wolf named WHAC Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Wagoner’s student-athletes have produced in the classroom, with six individuals named to the WHAC All-Academic Team and seven earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete accolades during her tenure at Lourdes.  Her team was named a NAIA Scholar Team for the 2021-2022 campaign as well.

A native of Northwest Ohio, Wagoner had been the Perrysburg High School head varsity girls’ lacrosse coach since 2016.  She guided the Yellow Jackets to the Northern Lakes League title three times (2017, 2018, 2019) during her prep coaching stint.
 
Wagoner has playing experience as a member of the Bowling Green State University club team where she was both a captain and a coach from 2014 through 2018.
 
Wagoner is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in human development and family studies in 2018 and her Master of Education in school counseling in 2020.
