2021 TF: Competed in the 800m and 1500m runs as well as the 3000m steeplechase for the Gray Wolves … had a season’s best time of 2:45.50 in the 800m run (April 16) and 5:44.60 in the 1500m (April 10) … turned in a time of 13:39.30 in the steeplechase on April 30.
 
2020 CC: Raced in all six meets for Lourdes … had a season’s best time of 21:13.6 at the Tiger XC Invitational on Sept. 25.
 
2019 CC: Raced in all six competitions for the Gray Wolves as a junior … had a season’s best time of 21:34.1 over 5K at the Lansing Invitational on Oct. 4 … posted a 6K best of 27:14.9 at the Tiffleberg Open (Sept. 14).
 
2018 CC: Competed in all six races as a sophomore … turned in a season’s best 5K time of 21:31.1 at the WHAC Championships on Nov. 3 … had a 6K best mark of 26:38.8 at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championships (Sept. 29).
 
2017 CC: Raced in all six meets as a rookie for the Gray Wolves … posted a season’s best 5K time of 20:52.1 at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships (Nov. 4) … had a 6K time of 26:17.7 at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship on Sept. 29.
 
Prep: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field for the Panthers … a three-time regional qualifier in cross country … named team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman … helped team win a district title in track as a freshman … also competed on the dance team.
 
Personal: Emma is the daughter of Dennis and Susan Kosek … major is nursing.
