2019 CC (HFC): Competed in five races for the Lakers as a freshman … had a season’s best 5K time of 25:41.21 at the Association of Independent Institutions championship (Nov. 9) … posted a 6K time of 31:25.65 at the Wisconsin Lutheran Warrior Invitational (Oct. 5).
 
Prep: A two-year letterwinner for the Bulldogs.
