Lourdes University Athletics

Kristen Jackson was hired as an outreach athletic trainer through Nationwide Children's Hospital Toledo/ Mercy Health for Lourdes University in the summer of 2024. With a hand in all Gray Wolves varsity sports, Jackson will be the main contact point for sports such as Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Bowling, Men's and Women's Tennis, and Softball. 

Jackson arrives to Lourdes with over a decade of experience in athletic training, including five years at Genoa Area High School (2019-2024). Kristen has also worked with teams at Central Michigan University (2015-2019), Bradley University (2014-2015), and Indiana University (2012-2014).

Holding a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Indiana University (2014), Jackson earned a Bachelor’s from Bowling Green State University (2011). She has been state licensed in Indiana from 2012-2014, in Illinois from 2014-2015, in Michigan from 2015-2019, and in Ohio since 2019 and has been BOC certified since 2012.
