Ninth-ranked Lourdes needed just 51 minutes on Friday evening, celebrating Senior Night in style with a 25-13, 25-11, 25-10 victory over Michigan-Dearborn at the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center for the Gray Wolves' 36
th straight conference regular season victory.

The Gray Wolves remained perfect at home, 8-0, winning all 24 sets they have played. Lourdes has also won 14 straight matches overall this season, and remain alone atop the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference's West Division.

"This was a great team effort and a good way to celebrate our nine seniors," head coach
Greg Reitz said after the match. "We got strong contributions from everyone. We hit very efficiently and served tough, allowing us to score points from the baseline."

Lourdes hit .423 for the match with 38 kills in the three sets, led by
Stephanie Ruffing (Columbus, Ohio/Olentangy Liberty H.S.) and
Ave Stout (Huntertown, Ind./Bishop Luers H.S.). Ruffing had a match-high 11 kills and hit .435 while Stout added nine kills, hitting .667. Stout also tallied six blocks, including a pair of solo stuffs.Â
Meghan Birr (Muskegon, Mich./Mona Shores H.S.) handed out 30 assists.

At the service line, Lourdes registered 13 aces, with
Carolyn Manley (Holland, Ohio/Springfield H.S.) recording five on her own. Six different Gray Wolves had at least one ace on the night.

The Gray Wolf defense tallied eight total blocks for the evening while limiting Michigan-Dearborn to just 15 kills and a -.086 hitting percentage.Â
Molly Shonk (Columbus, Ohio/Bishop Hartley H.S.) had a match-high 12 digs while
Angelica Dippold (Louisville, Ky./Mercy Academy) added seven more.Â

Colby DeMare and Christian Oakley led Michigan-Dearborn (9-16, 2-10 WHAC) with five kills each while Raechel Warchock had a team-high nine digs.

th-ranked Madonna to the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center for the final home regular season contest of the season. First serve is slated for 1 p.m.
