Lourdes shot better than 57 percent from the field and from three-point range as its offense and length proved to be too much for Kent St.-Tuscarawas in a 104-61 victory on the road on Monday evening.
"I think we executed well tonight," said head coach
Josh Gibson. "It was nice to be able to get so many guys on the floor to see game action. I thought we would see things go our way if we executed our game plan and I'm proud of the way our guys played. We had good effort all night and executed like we needed too."
After ceding the lead to Kent St.-Tuscarawas (1-9), Lourdes used a 22-0 run that included two fast break dunks from

Kadeim Jones (Dayton, Ohio/Marshall) scored seven points and six points respectively during the run.
The hosts would use a 9-2 run from there to stop its draught, but a pair of free throws from Jones began a 10-0 run that featured back-to-back three-pointers from Jones and
Bryce McComb (Swanton, Ohio/Swanton) as Lourdes regained control and pushed its lead to 41-17 with just of two and half minutes left in the first half.
After holding a 46-26 lead at the intermission, the Gray Wolves opened the second half on an 11-3 run, led by six points from
McRay White (Cleveland, Ohio/Garfield Heights) to push their lead to 57-29 early in the second half.
Lourdes would continue to assert its dominance throughout the second half before a layup from
Caiden Smith (Tipp City, Ohio/Tippecanoe) with 3:23 remaining in the contest gave Lourdes its largest lead at 96-49.
Back-to-back layups from
Deuce Martin (Lorain, Ohio/Clearview) push Lourdes past the 100-point plateau for the first time this season as the Gray Wolves went on to win 104-61.
McComb led the way for Lourdes offensively, knocking down a perfect 7-for-7 three pointers and scoring 21 points. His seven triples are a new career-high in a single-game. Jones netted 20 points and
