Stefana Jelacic (Fountain Hills, Ariz./Chandler H.S.) earned a third-place finish at 116 pounds and
Theresa Rankin (Grass Lake, Mich./Grass Lake H.S.) placed fifth at 123 pounds on Saturday as the NAIA National Invitational came to a close inside of Herold Newman Arena in Jamestown, N.D.

Kate Hill said afterwards. "We really focused on having fun and enjoying our time on the mat. I am proud of how the ladies battled. We're thrilled to have completed our first season with two All-Americans."

Jelacic began the day in the semifinals, suffering a 7-5 decision to seventh-seeded Charlotte Fowler of Campbellsville in a match that was decided in the closing seconds. The third-seeded Jelacic battled back, downing eighth-seeded Arianna Marrufo of Jamestown in a 10-0 tech fall. The Gray Wolf freshman then downed second-seeded Camille Fournier of Texas Wesleyan 10-8 to claim third place.

Rankin climbed out of the consolation draw on Saturday. She began with a 13-2 tech fall victory over seventh-seeded Jasmin Davis of Wayland Baptist. The fifth-year senior fell to the fifth-place match after losing a 13-1 contest to third-seeded Katlyn Pizzo of Campbellsville. Rankin claimed fifth with a medical forfeit win over fifth-seeded Nichole Moore of Baker.

As a team, Lourdes finished in 18
th place in a field of 31 schools, tallying 34.5 points on the weekend. The Gray Wolves were just one point behind Eastern Oregon and two points in back of Corban. Campbellsville was crowned national champion with 185 points, outdistancing runner-up Life which scored 134.5 points.
