Tyler Queen (Odenton, Md./Arundel H.S.) made a Lourdes single game record 24 saves in goal on Saturday afternoon but the Gray Wolf offense managed just four goals in a 6-4 setback to second-ranked Indiana Tech at Warrior Athletic Field in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Conner Mishler against Dayton in 2014.

Indiana Tech scored a pair of goals in each of the first two quarters with
Tyler Pezzot (Beavercreek, Ohio/Beavercreek H.S.) tallying the lone first half goal for the Gray Wolves as the Warriors took a 4-1 lead into intermission.Â

Cory Campbell (Dayton, Ohio/Bellbrook H.S.) scored the lone goal of the third quarter and added another with 11:32 to play in the game to pull Lourdes within one, 4-3. The game stayed that way until the final minutes when Indiana Tech posted back-to-back tallies, the second with just 1:19 to play.Â
Kyle Schiel (Toledo, Ohio/Southview H.S.) scored Lourdes final goal with 1:00 left on the clock.

Indiana Tech (8-1, 3-0 WHAC) outshot the Gray Wolves 45-16 for the game, with Evan Schuster making just six saves in goal for the Warriors. Lourdes held a 49-44 edge in ground balls and won 12 of the 14 faceoffs, with
Zach Stahura (Stillwater, Minn./Stillwater H.S.) winning 11.Â
Nate Allan (Peterborough, Ont./Saint Peters Catholic H.S.) had 12 ground balls and caused three turnovers.
