Lourdes had six players finish in double figures and two more tally eight points on Sunday afternoon as Lourdes closed out play in the St. Francis Thanksgiving Classic with a convincing 115-65 victory over East-West inside the Pat Sullivan Center in Joliet, Ill.

Dennis Hopson said afterwards. "Today we shot the ball very well. The guys were moving much more fluently than they have been."Â

Jackie Harris (Toledo, Ohio/Saint Francis de Sales H.S.) led the way with 22 points on 8-of-11 shooting, including 6-of-8 from three-point range, as the Gray Wolves connected at a 59.7% clip from the floor on the day. Lourdes was 16-of-33 (48.5%) from beyond the arc.

Jordique Vincent (Orlando, Fla./Montverde Academy) and
Sterling Hopkins (Dallas, Texas/JJ Pearce H.S.) each added 13 points of the bench as the Gray Wolf reserves tallied 58 points on the day.Â
Joey Holifield (Toledo, Ohio/Cardinal Stritch H.S.),
Little Anderson (Toledo, Ohio/Cardinal Stritch H.S.), and
Marcus Larsson (Oslo, Norway/Wang Toppidrettsgymnas) all tallied 12 points, with Larson going a perfect 6-for-6 from the field.

Lourdes jumped out to a quick 11-3 lead and was in front 30-19 with nine minutes to play before halftime. The Gray Wolves then went on an 11-0 spurt on the way to building a 51-25 lead at halftime. Lourdes scored the first four points of the second half to increase the lead to 30, and another 26-11 run pushed the lead to 42, 81-39, with 13:26 to play. The Gray Wolves largest lead of the game was 52, 97-45, with 8:42 to play.

Kaleb Thomas led East-West with 16 points while De'Quaniis Jackson and Devine Conley each scored 13 points.

Lourdes (6-2) returns home on Wednesday evening to resume Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play as the Gray Wolves entertain Aquinas. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.
