Lourdes scored the first goal of the match on Friday afternoon but Rochester (Mich.) rallied with two tallies in the final 18 minutes to defeat the Gray Wolves 2-1 inside Michigan Stars Sports Center in Washington Twp., Mich.

After the two sides played a scoreless opening 45 minutes, Lourdes took the lead just over 16 minutes into the second half.Â

Rochester (10-2, 4-1 WHAC) tied the match with 17:11 to play in the contest on a goal by Olivia Howes. Kennedy Fraser then netted the match-winner for the Warriors with just 3:14 to play.

Emmy Rodger (Romeo, Mich./Romeo H.S.) made seven saves in goal to keep the Gray Wolves close.

Lourdes (4-6-1, 1-4) will return home for a pair of matches, beginning on Wednesday afternoon as the Gray Wolves entertain Indiana Tech. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
