Final Results
Lourdes began its 2024 competitive cheer season on Friday night with a dual meet victory over Siena Heights inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.
"I am so proud of our first performance," head coach
Kortney Nieckarz said afterwards. "We wanted to start the season off stronger than last year and that's exactly what we did. I'm excited to see this team continue to raise the bar for this program."
The Gray Wolves posted a score of 79.10 after 1.0 points worth of deductions. Siena Heights finished with a total of 74.55 for the day.
Lourdes will return to the mat on Sunday, traveling to Siena Heights for the Halo Classic. Action begins at 1 p.m. inside the SHU Fieldhouse in Adrian, Mich.
