Lourdes wrapped up its third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference regular season title in program history on Tuesday evening as the Gray Wolves swept Bethel (Ind.) 25-20, 25-15, 25-21 inside the Goodman Center in Mishawaka, Ind.

The Gray Wolves hit .479 on the night while securing its first league title since 2021.Â
Eduardo Ayala (Curitiba, Brazil/Colegio Dom Bosco) and
Vinicius Lopes (Brusque, Brazil/Colegio Osvaldo Carvalho) both put down 11 kills for the match, hitting .529 and .500 respectively.

Joey Bianco (Cincinnati, Ohio/Elder H.S.) directed the offense, handing out 35 assists while he and
Sawyer Schafer (Monroeville, Ohio/Monroeville H.S.) each tallied three service aces.Â
Brayden Moyars (McCordsville, Ind./Cathedral H.S.) picked up 11 digs.

Marcus Henrike paced Bethel (9-14, 4-12 WHAC) with 12 kills while hitting .417 while Andre Perra added 11 kills and hit .500. The Pilots hit .329 for the match but committed 11 service errors while registering just three aces in contrast to the Gray Wolves' 10 aces and just eight service errors.

Lourdes (16-8, 16-1) will close out the non-conference portion of its schedule on Friday evening as the Gray Wolves battle seventh-ranked Saint Xavier. The opening serve is set for 8 p.m. EDT inside the Shannon Center in Chicago, Ill.
