GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (LourdesAthletics.com) -- The Lourdes University women's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 setback to the Golden Eagles of Cornerstone University Saturday afternoon in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference road match. 

The first set saw Lourdes fall in a quick 25-7 decision, before dropping the second set 25-20, and the third 25-11.

The Gray Wolves were led match by senior Alex Pak, who had a team-high nine kills, while rookie Rania Pavlidi churned in another double-digit assist performance with 11 helpers.

Junior Jolie Sobb led Lourdes' backline with nine digs from Sobb, while joining senior Maddie White with two black assists each.

The Gray Wolves will return to action Wednesday, Sept. 25 when they travel to Lima, Ohio to take on the Racers of the University of Northwestern Ohio at 7 pm.
