Lourdes Earns 1-0 Win at Lawrence Tech

Lynam scores the match-winner in the second half

Taylir Lynam scored in the 56th minute to give Lourdes University a 1-0 road victory over Lawrence Tech on Saturday afternoon.

After a scoreless first half, Lynam broke through with the deciding tally off an assist from Kayden Firsdon. The Gray Wolves created consistent pressure throughout the match, registering multiple shots on goal and forcing Lawrence Tech goalkeeper Gabi Nelson to make several saves to keep the contest close.

Samarah Arendsen made four saves in goal for Lourdes, recording the shutout.

With the win, Lourdes improves to 2-2 on the year heading into Wednesday's WHAC matchup at Indiana Tech.
