Coach Nieckarz's Post-Meet Comments
"The theme leading into this week's competition was to be calm," Coach Nieckarz said. "Practices were centered on intentionality performing with a steady mind and controlled presence. Coming into today, there was a quiet confidence that everyone was prepared to show up, enjoy the sport, and deliver another strong performance.
Mid-routine, an injury forced us to pause and make a necessary substitution in order to finish. The moment demanded focus, trust, and composure, and once again, this team proved that pressure is a privilege. They rose to the occasion and finished with resilience.
As we head into the final regular-season competition, the work continues. There is still more to prepare for, and higher standards to meet.
