2019 CC: Raced in all is meets as a senior … had a season’s best 5K time of 22:47.8 at the Lansing Invitational (Oct. 4) … posted a 6K time of 29:26.8 at the Tiffleberg Open (Sept. 14) … selected to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Champions of Character Team … named to the WHAC All-Academic Team … a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
 
2018 CC: Competed in all six meets during junior season … posted a season’s best 5K time of 21:41.7 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 12) … had a 6K best of 27:40.9 at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship on Sept. 29 … selected to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Champions of Character Team … named to the WHAC All-Academic Team … a NAIA Scholar-Athlete … named to the Dean’s List both fall and spring semesters.
 
2017 CC: Ran in five races during sophomore season … had a season’s best time of 21:47.39 over 5K at the Great Lakes Challenge on Oct. 21 … ran a 6K time of 27:18.8 at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship (Sept. 29) … named to the Dean’s List both fall and spring semesters.
 
2017 TF: Raced at distances from 800m through 3000m indoors and 400m through 5000m outdoors as a freshman … had an indoor best time of 2:44.62 in the 800m and 6:02.53 in the mile at the Defiance Dick Small Invitational (Feb. 10) … ran a 12:46.36 3000m at the Tiffin Dragon Open (Jan. 21) … posted an outdoor best time of 2:44.43 in the 800m at the Cumberlands Invitational (April 8) and 5:34.83 in the 1500m at the Walsh Invitational (April 15) … turned in a time of 21:47.47 over 5000m at the Polar Bear Invitational on April 22 … named to the Dean’s List fall semester.
 
2016 CC: Finished six races as a rookie … turned in a season’s best 5K time of 21:28.15 at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Oct. 22 … had a time of 26:53.7 over 6K at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship (Sept. 30) … named to the Dean’s List fall semester.
 
Prep: A three-year letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in track and field for the Bears … earned Second Team All-Toledo Area Athletic Conference honors as a junior and senior in cross country … helped team win the TAAC and district championships as a junior, helping team qualify for the regional championships … team’s Most Valuable Runner in 2015 and recipient of the Coach’s Award in 2013 in cross country … helped track team win the TAAC and district titles in 2015 … named team’s Most Positive Individual as a junior.
