2020 CC: Raced four times for the Gray Wolves … had a season’s best 5K time of 22:23.5 at the Concordia Invitational on Oct. 17 … posted a best 8K mark of 34:47.0 at the Midwest XC Challenge (Oct. 24).
 
2019 CC: Competed in all six races for Lourdes as a rookie … posted a season’s best time of 28:52.3 over 8K at the Lansing Invitational on Oct. 4.
 
Prep: A three year letterwinner for the Cougars in cross country and a four-year letterwinner in track and field … a state qualifier in cross country as a senior … finished district runner-up in cross country in 2018 … a First Team All-Region honoree as a senior after earning Third Team All-Region accolades as a junior … a two-time First Team All-Northern Lakes League selection after earning Third Team All-NLL honors as a sophomore … cross country team’s Most Valuable Runner as a junior … named team’s Most Improved and recipient of the Coach’s Award in 2016 … a Third Team All-NLL honoree in the 3200m in track as a junior … a member of the NLL champion 4x800m relay and a regional qualifier in 2018.
