Phill Dysard

Phill Dysard joined the Lourdes baseball coaching staff prior to the 2015 season as volunteer assistant following his playing days with the Gray Wolves.  He became a graduate assistant for the Gray Wolves before the 2016 campaign.

 

Dysard works with the Lourdes outfielders and also assists with coaching the hitters.

 

Dysard played two seasons with the Gray Wolves, concluding his career in 2013, playing two seasons at Lourdes as an outfielder.  In 93 games at Lourdes he batted .233 with 27 runs batted in.  He registered six stolen bases as well.  Defensively, a centerfielder, Dysard recorded three outfield assists.  He was a two-time team captain.

 

A two-time member of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Champions of Character Team, he was also named to the WHAC All-Academic Team twice during his time at Lourdes.  A First Team Academic All-District I honoree in 2013, he was named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete that same season.

 

Dysard arrived at Lourdes from Tiffin University where he spent two seasons. 

 

Dysard earned his bachelor’s degree from Lourdes in 2013 in integrated business and is pursuing a master’s degree at Lourdes in business administration.
