Upcoming in Gray Wolves Lacrosse: The 2015 women's lacrosse season comes to an end for Lourdes University this week as the Gray Wolves play three games, including a pair of Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contests.  Lourdes travels to Siena Heights on Tuesday night before closing league play on Wednesday at Aquinas.  On Sunday, the Gray Wolves season comes to a close with a trip to Franciscan for non-conference action.

On the Air: Tuesday's game against Siena Heights will be broadcast on a tape delay on BCSN2 on Buckeye Cablesystem.  The game will air Wednesday morning at 12:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. as well as at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.

Head Coach Paul Sieben: In his second season on the Lourdes bench, Paul Sieben has a 4-23 (.148) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves and as a collegiate head coach.  He is the only head coach in Lourdes program's history.

Series Notes: Lourdes is 0-3 all-time against Siena Heights dating back to March 18, 2014.  The Saints the earlier meeting between the two schools 10-9 in Adrian on March 20.  Aquinas is 3-0 against Lourdes dating back to March 22, 2014.  Earlier this season on April 1 the Saints topped the Gray Wolves 17-10 at the Legacy Center in Brighton, Mich.  Lourdes is 1-0 all-time against Franciscan after defeating the Barons 12-9 in a neutral site match played on March 16, 2014 in Latrobe, Pa.   

Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes led 10th-ranked Aquinas 2-1 before the Saints scored eight of the next 10 goals on the way to a 17-10 victory over the Gray Wolves on Wednesday afternoon at the Legacy Center in Brighton, Mich.  Alyssa Long scored five times for Lourdes while adding and assist.  Haley Brown and Jessie Frost added a pair of goals each while Katie Cerveny also scored a goal as well for the Gray Wolves.

Scouting Siena Heights: The Saints have won five of their last six games following an 11-10 victory at Urbana last Thursday.  Erin Kehn leads Siena Heights in scoring with 41 goals and 46 points while Aliisa Mason has added 30 goals.  Madison Sabourin has a team-leading 13 assists.  In goal, Tabitha Ferguson has played every minutes, sporting a 12.55 goals against average and a .389 save percentage.  

Scouting Aquinas: The Saints are coming off of an 18-5 loss at Davenport on Saturday.  Alexandra Burns leads Aquinas with 48 points on the season, having scored 37 times while adding 11 assists.  Hannah Crosby has added 35 goals as well while tallying 45 points.  Lucy Montanaro has played the majority of minutes for the Saints, sporting a 14.72 goals against average and a .369 save percentage.

Scouting Franciscan: The Barons have dropped four straight games after a 23-16 setback at Saint Vincent on March 31.  Franciscan hosts Ursuline and Hilbert this week prior to the visit from Lourdes.  Tracy McClelland leads Franciscan in scoring with 15 goals and 19 points while Jessica Bestgen has added 13 goals.  Savannah Ruhe sports a 16.53 goals against average and a .352 save percentage between the posts.

Thanks Kristi: Lourdes will honor its first senior in program history, Kristi Layman, prior to Tuesday night's game against Siena Heights.  Layman has appeared in 22 games over the past two years for the Gray Wolves, scoring two goals and adding an assist.

Long Nearing Scoring Mark: Alyssa Long enters the week needing just four goals to match Faith Fisher's single season school record of 40 goals set last season.  Long has tallied 36 goals and has 40 points, four points shy of Fisher's single season mark in that category as well.

This and That: Seven of Lourdes eight losses have come to ranked foes ... 10 different players have scored goals for the Gray Wolves this season.
