Playing a man short for nearly 40 minutes, Lourdes rallied in the final minutes of regulation to force overtime, only to fall 3-2 in the extra session to Siena Heights on Wednesday at O'Laughlin Stadium in Adrian, Mich.

The Gray Wolves jumped in front in the 29
th minute, as
Judah Goodridge (Brooklyn, N.Y./Dutchtown H.S.) scored his team-leading ninth goal after
Adilson Darosa (Pawtucket, R.I./Shea H.S.) and
Haggi Amirally (Kinshasa, Congo/Byron Nelson H.S.) started the play. The goal was the fifth straight Lourdes goal scored by Goodridge, dating back to Sept. 27 against Aquinas.

Siena Heights tied the match with 5:21 remaining before intermission as Justin Gray took a cross from Chris Ornelas and found the back of the net.

Lourdes went a man down for the remainder of the match in the 59
th minute due to a red card with the contest still deadlocked. It remained even until 4:55 remaining in regulation, when Elmedin Celovic put the Saints in front.

Reece Riccardi (Jupiter, Fla./Suncoast H.S.) evened the match, and forced overtime, just 2:18 later, with 2:37 to play, after receiving the ball from
Jose Silveira (Sao Bernardo do Campo, Brazil/Institute of Ed Barao de Maua). For Riccardi it was his fourth goal of the year while Silveira collected his first collegiate point.

Siena Heights (4-8, 2-4 WHAC) won the match 6:39 into the extra session as Matt Lentine connected on a free kick over the wall from 22 yards out for the match-winner.

The Saints finished with a 25-14 shot advantage, including a 17-7 edge after intermission.Â
Jose Cedillo (Monterrey, Mexico/Norcross H.S.) made four saves in goal for the Gray Wolves while Andrew Kozan made six stops between the posts for Siena Heights.

Lourdes (4-6-1, 2-4) will continue its road trip on Saturday afternoon, as the Gray Wolves travel to Lima, Ohio to battle Northwestern Ohio. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. at Racers Stadium.
