Lourdes moved to the .500 mark heading into the holiday season on Tuesday evening, as the Gray Wolves cruised to an 89-59 victory over Wright State-Lake inside of the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.

With the victory, the Gray Wolves improve to 7-7 overall, the latest the team has reached the .500 mark in program history.

Tatyana Reynolds (Toledo, Ohio/Rogers H.S.) scored a career-high 26 points, making five three-pointers, to lead five Gray Wolves in double figures.Â
LaTyrah Beasley (Toledo, Ohio/Bowsher H.S.) and
Riley Raburn (Horton, Mich./Lumen Christi H.S.) both recorded double-doubles. Beasley finished with 17 points and 13 rebounds for her second double-double of the year while Raburn had 11 points and 13 boards for her first double-double as a Gray Wolf.

Sydney Miller (Huntsville, Ohio/Indian Lake H.S.), who surpassed 1,000 career points as a collegian, added 18 points while
Jami Hardy (Perrysburg, Ohio/Cardinal Stritch H.S.) chipped in 10 more.

After leading by five, 17-12, after the opening period, Lourdes extended its lead to nine in the first minute of the second. The Lakers responded with eight unanswered to close within one with 6:30 to play before halftime, but was never able to pull even or take the lead. A 9-2 Gray Wolf run followed as Lourdes extended its lead to nine, 37-28, at the break.

After shooting just 30% from the floor in the first half, Lourdes exploded offensively in the third, tallying 45 points while making 18-of-24 shots (75%) from the field, including 5-of-9 (55.6%) from three-point range. The Gray Wolves outscored Wright State-Lake 45-13 in the period to seize control of the game.

The Lakers made a small run in the fourth, scoring the game's final 12 points while holding Lourdes scoreless for the final 4:32, but Lourdes maintained a lead of 30 or more then entire final quarter.

Lourdes shot 41% from the field for the game and made 11 three-point field goals while outrebounding the Lakers 58-35, including 21-8 on the offensive end of the floor. Wright State-Lake shot 38.1% from the field for the game, but made just 9-of-19 (47.4%) free throws.

"We are crashing the boards well and more importantly this team is forming a strong bond at the peak of our season," Quesenberry added.

Allana Hurst led Wright State-Lake (3-11) with 19 points while Olivia Hills added 12 points and seven rebounds.

Lourdes now has two weeks off for the holiday break before returning to the hardwood on Jan. 3, 2018. The Gray Wolves will continue their three-game homestand hosting the University of Northwestern Ohio. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. inside of the Ebeid Rec Center.
