Indiana Tech scored a pair of goals in the first 30 minutes of the match, and held on to defeat Lourdes 2-1 on Homecoming Saturday afternoon at Wildcat Stadium.

Barry Spitzer said afterwards. "I was proud of the guys, but you have to give Indiana Tech credit for playing well."
The Warriors struck just 8:56 into the contest as Brennan Cochran was the finisher of a combination play in the box in which Ruben Leonardo and Richard Doll drew assists.
Judah Goodridge (Brooklyn, N.Y./Dutchtown H.S.) tied the match at one in the 20
th minutes. As Warrior netminder Edwin Rosado went to clear the ball, Goodridge stepped in front, and the ball ricocheted off of his chest past Rosado into the back of the goal.
Indiana Tech (7-3, 3-0 WHAC) retook the lead at the 28:16 mark with what proved to be the match-winning goal. Andrew Higgins took a free kick and found the head of Leonardo in the box for the tally. Neither team would score again over the final 61 minutes.
The Warriors held a 9-4 shot advantage in the opening half and finished with a 16-8 edge while also holding a 6-4 lead in corner kick opportunities.
Jose Cedillo (Monterrey, Mexico/Norcross H.S.) made five saves between the posts for the Gray Wolves while Rosado made two stops for Indiana Tech.
Lourdes (4-3-1, 2-1) will close out its three-match homestand on Wednesday evening as the Gray Wolves entertain Madonna. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
