Lourdes snapped a four-match losing skid with its 13
th consecutive victory over the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Friday evening, 25-10, 25-17, 25-13 inside of the UMD Fieldhouse in Dearborn, Mich.

The Gray Wolves hit .337 for the match while limiting the Wolverines to a .071 clip, and registered 13 service aces in the three-set win.

"We played a much better match tonight," head coach
Greg Reitz said afterwards. "We served really well tonight and our offense looked pretty smooth. We will look to continue this play tomorrow."

Kylee McBride (Peoria, Ariz./Mountain Ridge H.S.) led Lourdes with 12 kills while hitting .632 for the match while
Michaela Eisenhauer (Castalia, Ohio/Margaretta H.S.) added six kills on just nine swings for a .667 clip.

Megan Vayansky (Pickerington, Ohio/North H.S.) started the match quickly for the Gray Wolves, serving up the first 10 points, including four aces. The lead swelled to 18-4 on the way to the win as Lourdes hit .381 in the stanza while limiting Michigan-Dearborn to just five total kills in the set.

Lourdes trailed 16-14 in the second set before closing on an 11-1 run, with
Annika Devendorf (Lake Orion, Mich./Lake Orion H.S.) serving up three aces in the final four points.Â

The Gray Wolves hit .407 with just two errors in the final frame. Lourdes built a quick 13-5 lead and never relinquished the advantage on the way to completing the sweep.

Kennedy Ames (Milan, Ohio/Edison H.S.) tallied seven kills in the match for the Gray Wolves while
Angelica Dippold (Louisville, Ky.Mercy Academy) recorded a match-high 12 digs.Â

Regan Sliwinski and Gina Giacomini led Michigan-Dearborn (3-18, 2-10 WHAC) with seven kills each while Mallory Lynch had 12 digs for the Wolverines.

Lourdes (9-11, 6-6) will continue its three-match road trip on Saturday afternoon, as the Gray Wolves face Concordia (Mich.) in Ann Arbor, Mich. First serve is set for 1 p.m. inside of Cardinal Fieldhouse.
