Little Anderson (Toledo, Ohio/Cardinal Stritch H.S.) made two free throws with 0.5 seconds remaining on Saturday afternoon as 13
th-ranked Lourdes stormed back from 13 down with 2:10 to play to defeat Indiana Tech 73-72 inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.

"The biggest thing tonight was the energy was there and this was a bounce back game for us," head coach
Dennis Hopson said after the game. "I told the guys they have to play until the last whistle and the guys did that tonight. I'm really proud of the guys and their fight."

Indiana Tech held a 70-57 lead with 2:10 to play after making a pair of free throws before the Gray Wolves made their comeback.Â
Kenny Coleman (Toledo, Ohio/Saint Francis de Sales H.S.) started the run with a four-point play after being fouled while making a three-pointer. After a steal by
Tyler Davis (Pontiac, Mich./West Bloomfield H.S.), Coleman drained another triple to pull Lourdes within six at the 1:40 mark.

The Warriors missed the front end of a one-and-one on their next possession and Coleman drew a foul, making a pair of free throws at the other end of the floor. After Indiana Tech answered with a pair of free throws themselves, Davis hit a three to make it a one-point game with a minute to play.

Against Lourdes sent Indiana Tech to the foul line and the Warriors missed both attempts before Coleman made two free throws with 37.7 seconds to play, pulling the Gray Wolves within 72-71. With 11.6 seconds left, the visitors missed a shot inside and the rebound went out of bounds, giving Lourdes one final chance.

Anderson was driving in the lane when he was fouled and stepped to the free throw line where he hit the two game winners.

"We made free throws when it counted tonight," Hopson added.

The first half was tight throughout, with Lourdes building an eight-point lead, 29-21, with 3:42 to play before intermission. The Warriors answered with an 8-1 run and pulled within one, 33-32, at the break.

Lourdes again built an eight-point edge, 45-37, four minutes into the second half before Indiana Tech answered. A 26-7 run by the Warriors, including a stretch of more than six minutes without a point by the Gray Wolves, allowed Indiana Tech to pull in front 63-52 at the 5:50 mark. The Warriors extended the lead to 13 before the Lourdes comeback.

Coleman led Lourdes with 19 points, going 9-for-9 from the free throw line, while
Nick Welch (Temperance, Mich./Saint Mary Catholic Central H.S.) added 16 more. Anderson finished with 11 points and four steals.

Indiana Tech shot 53.2% from the floor, including 12-of-19 (63.2%) from three-point range, but turned the ball over 20 times, including 10 via Lourdes steals. The Gray Wolves shot 41.5% from the field overall but was 6-of-10 (60%) from beyond the arc.

Dilyn Good led the Warriors with 23 points off the bench, making 7-of-10 from long range, while Mitch Morken added 16 points and eight rebounds.

Lourdes (15-5, 9-3) moved back into first place in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference standings, one-half game in front of Indiana Tech and Madonna. The Gray Wolves travel to Livonia, Mich. to face 22
nd-ranked Madonna on Wednesday evening, with tip-off set for 7:30 p.m. inside of The Activities Center.
