Playing its second game in as many nights, Lourdes ran its winning streak to a school-best four on Thursday evening, defeating Great Lakes Christian 89-48 inside the Doty Center in Lansing, Mich.

The Gray Wolves had previously won three consecutive games twice in school history prior to this season.

Lourdes had five players finish in double figures, led by
Mirandia Green (Toledo, Ohio/Whitmer H.S.), who finished with 17 points.Â
Baylee Baldwin (Ottawa Lake, Mich./Whiteford H.S.) scored all 14 of her points in the first half, making four of the Gray Wolves' season high 14 three-point field goals.

"Today was tough for us after the emotional high of yesterday's win (over Aquinas)" head coach
John Kenger said after the game. We dug in when we needed to and got the win. It helps when you hit 14 threes."

A 7-0 run midway through the opening quarter allowed Lourdes to take the lead for good. The Gray Wolves led by eight, 21-13, after the opening 10 minutes and extended its lead to 14, 44-30, at the break.

Lourdes scored the first 10 points of the third period and did not allow a field goal to the Crusaders for the first 5:23 of the stanza while building a 62-31 lead after an 18-1 run to start the half.   The Gray Wolves were 8-of-10 in the final quarter from the floor while securing the win.

Hunter Kershaw (Columbus, Ohio/Westland H.S.) scored 12 points while
Erica Cary (Central City, Ky./Muhlenberg County H.S.) added 11 more.Â
Sara Semler (Toledo, Ohio/Whitmer H.S.) also finished in double figures with 10 points.

The Gray Wolves were 14-of-30 (46.7%) from three-point range while shooting 54.8% from the floor overall. Lourdes limited the Crusaders to just 30.9% shooting from the field.

Randi Fitzgerald led Great Lakes Christian (0-16) with 13 points as the Crusaders were outrebounded 47-16 for the night.

Lourdes (8-15) remains on the road Saturday afternoon, as the Gray Wolves travel to Adrian, Mich. to face 14
th-ranked Siena Heights. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. inside of the SHU Fieldhouse.
