Lourdes University's men's and women's season-opening volleyball matches scheduled for this weekend at Campbellsville and Georgetown (Ky.) have been cancelled.
 
Both teams were slated to face Campbellsville on Friday and Georgetown on Sunday with the women playing Campbellsville a second time on Saturday when the men battled Tusculum.
 
The men are now set to open their season on Thursday, Jan. 21 hosting Queens (N.C.) at 1 p.m. inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center while the women will commence on Saturday, Jan. 23 hosting Saint Xavier at 3 p.m.
