Lourdes recorded just its second result ever against a NAIA top-15 program on Saturday afternoon as the Gray Wolves earned a 1-1 double-overtime draw with 12
th-ranked Indiana Tech at Wildcat Stadium.

Matt Johnson said afterwards. "Indiana Tech is such a talented and well-organized team and we had to work very hard to disrupt them. Give credit to our guys for playing at a high tempo and work rate."
Leon Eisert (Leipzig, Germany/Kathe-Kollwitz Gymnasium) scored his first collegiate goal just 11:05 into the match, placing the ball over an extended goalkeeper.
Savio Adams (Cape Town, South Africa/Zeekoevlei H.S.) handed out his sixth assist of the season, tying
Jake Kirchoff-Sleet's 2016 single season record set at Lourdes for assists.
The Gray Wolves took the 1-0 lead into intermission while holding an 8-7 shot advantage. Indiana Tech applied the pressure in the second half, outshooting Lourdes 10-2 over the second 45 minutes.
The Warriors tied the match with 15:51 to play as Will Harris headed in a corner from Lucca Motta, forcing overtime. Neither side could tally the match-winner in the extra session as the match ended in a draw.
Ali Chokr (Bint Jbail, Lebanon/Fontainebleua [La.] H.S.) made five saves in goal for the Gray Wolves while Jaume Salvado made six stops in net for Indiana Tech (11-0-1, 7-0-1 WHAC).
Lourdes is now 0-7-2 against NAIA top-25 programs all-time, having also played third-ranked Davenport to a 1-1 draw in 2016.
"We have a big week ahead of us, so we'll enjoy tonight and start preparing for Cleary on Thursday," Johnson concluded.
Lourdes (7-5-1, 4-2-1) will head to Howell, Mich. on Thursday afternoon for a make-up match against Cleary. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Lake Trust Stadium.
