Upcoming in Gray Wolves Lacrosse: The 2022 regular season comes to a close for Lourdes with the Gray Wolves still in the hunt for the final WHAC tournament berth.  Lourdes travels to Indiana Tech on Wednesday afternoon before hosting Madonna for Senior Night on Thursday.

Head Coach Sierra Wagoner: In her second season on the Lourdes sidelines, Sierra Wagoner has a 2-13 (.133) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves and as a collegiate head coach.  Wagoner is the fourth head coach in the program's history.

Series Notes: Indiana Tech has won all 12 previous contests against Lourdes in a series that began March 5, 2014.  The Warriors won last year's game 22-0 at Wildcat Stadium.  Indiana Tech is 4-0 all-time against the Gray Wolves in Fort Wayne, Ind.  Lourdes holds a 4-1 edge against Madonna dating back to April 10, 2017.  The Crusaders won last year's game 25-2 in Livonia, Mich.  The Gray Wolves are 2-0 against Madonna all-time at Wildcat Stadium.

Wrapping Up Last Week: Concordia (Mich.) scored 15 straight goals on Wednesday afternoon as the Cardinals defeated Lourdes 19-3 in Ann Arbor, Mich.  Sarah Przyojski, Sydney Duran, and Jordin Rawski all scored for the Gray Wolves while Maddie Wadesisi made seven saves in goal.  On Saturday, Lourdes hung with Aquinas through halftime but the Saints outscored the Gray Wolves 7-1 in the second half on the way to a 20-7 win in Grand Rapids, Mich.  Amelia McCourt scored three times and Przyojski added two more goals for Lourdes.  Wadesisi made nine stops between the posts.

Scouting Indiana Tech: The Warriors have dropped two of their last three games after falling on Saturday afternoon 11-3 at Lawrence Tech.  Abby Barkdull leads Indiana Tech with 36 goals and 18 assists for 54 total points while Faith Donally has found the back of the cage 32 times and have 44 points on the year.  In goal, Sydney Oberdorfer has played a majority of the minutes and sports a 10.71 goals against average and a .488 save percentage.

Scouting Madonna: The Crusaders snapped a four-game losing skid on Saturday with a 22-2 triumph over Rochester (Mich.).  Madonna hosts Concordia (Mich.) on Wednesday evening before heading to Lourdes on Thursday.  Brittney Leist leads Madonna in scoring with 29 goals and 32 total points while Aria Gettel has added 23 goals.  Sydney Pattinson is the team's leader with eighth assists this season.  In goal, Sophia Hadash has played the most minutes, sporting an 11.29 goals against average and a .421 save percentage.

Thanks Seniors: Lourdes will honor seniors Courtney Johnson and Lexi Hunt prior to Thursday's game with Madonna as the duo conclude their home career with the Gray Wolves.  Lourdes will also recognize Erin Manley and Emiliana Taylor, both of whom participated in Senior Day last season but opted to return to Lourdes for one final season due to COVID-19.

Fighting for a Postseason Berth: Lourdes enters the final week of the regular season still with a chance to qualify for the final spot in the WHAC tournament next week.  The Gray Wolves mostly will need a pair of wins this week along with some losses from other teams in contention.

Nearing the Single Season Mark: Amelia McCourt enters the final week of the regular season 19 draw controls shy of the school's single season record of 68, set by Tiara Reed in 2019.  The freshman's current total is third on the all-time list, just two draw controls shy of Alyssa Long's second place total of 51 set in 2018.

Moving Up the Career List: Emiliana Taylor has moved into Lourdes' top-10 all-time for career ground balls.  Taylor has 16 ground balls this season, giving her 59 for her career.  She has moved past Brianna Budd (2016-2019) for 10th place on the Gray Wolves' career ground ball list.  She is four ground balls shy of Mary Tressel (2017) for ninth on the all-time charts.

The Scoring Race: Amelia McCourt appears poised to lead Lourdes in scoring this season, having tallied 25 goals and 31 total points already this year.  Sarah Przyojski ranks second on the team's scoring list with 13 goals and 17 points while Jordin Rawski is third with 12 tallies and 15 points.

This and That: Ten of the 14 Gray Wolves to see the field this season have scored goals ... Maddie Wadesisi made a career-high nine saves last Saturday at Aquinas ... Sydney Duran leads Lourdes with 22 ground balls this year while Amelia McCourt has caused 13 turnovers ... 46 of the Gray Wolves' 70 goals have come in the first half.
