Final Results
Lourdes wrapped up the dual meet portion of its schedule on Friday evening, falling 38-9 to fifth-ranked Indiana Tech on Senior Night inside the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center.
Prior to the match, the Gray Wolves honored
Jimmy Balazy (Parma, Ohio/Padua Franciscan H.S.),
Tristan Brady (Deerfield, Ohio/Elyria H.S.),
Nick Caruso (Strongsville, Ohio/Strongsville H.S.),
Ryan Marvin (Swanton, Ohio/Swanton H.S.),
Will Van Hoose (Indian Land, S.C./Indian Land H.S.), and
Hunter Yackee (Wauseon, Ohio/Wauseon H.S.) for their careers at Lourdes.
"This was a tough way to end our regular season," head coach
Dock Kelly III said afterwards. "It's unfortunate that we couldn't send our seniors out on a winning note, but I'm still very proud of the contributions that they have made to our program.

Jimmy Balazy have represented our wrestling program very well both in the classroom and on the mat. It has been an honor to coach them over these past four years."
Drew Torres (Phoenix, Ariz./Tempe Union H.S.) earned a hard-fought 3-2 decision at 165 pounds for the Gray Wolves' lone victory on the mat.
Tyler Hisey (St. Marys, Ohio/Memorial H.S.) earned a win via injury default midway through the second period in his 125-pound bout for Lourdes only other win on the night.
Lourdes (7-7, 4-2 WHAC) will head to Rochester Hills, Mich. next Saturday for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships. Action is slated to begin at 9 a.m. inside Garth Pleasant Arena on the campus of Rochester (Mich.).
