Â
"We were very focused today," head coach
Dennis Hopson said afterwards. "UNOH played hard and tough, but we moved the ball well. The three-headed monster of Joey, Jackie, and Shawn played well and the other guys all did complimentary things."

Â
Lourdes shot 61.9% from the floor on the day and was 50% (7-of-14) from beyond the arc.

The game was close throughout most of the first half before Lourdes went on a 7-0 run late in the stanza to build an eight-point lead before taking a 46-39 lead into the locker room.
Â
After the Racers scored the first basket out of halftime, the Gray Wolves went on an 26-6 run to pull away, pushing the lead to 72-47 with just under 13 minutes to play. Lourdes would maintain its lead throughout the remainder of the half until Northwestern Ohio closed the game on an 11-2 run over the game's final 1:48.
