SYLVANIA, Ohio - Jaber Badarne has won the WHAC Attacker of the Week Award, the conference announced Monday afternoon.

Badarne played in two games in the opening Gray Wolf Invitational tournament for Lourdes, compiling 40 kills in just six sets played. Badarne had 21 kills in the team's massive upset win over No.4 Georgetown, just eight shy of his career-high that was set last season in a five-set match. 

Aside from attacking, Badarne was also essential for the Gray Wolves from the service line over the weekend, serving five aces in a row to help defeat Life University.

Badarne and the rest of the Lourdes men's volleyball team will take on No.9 ranked Campbellsville tomorrow on the road at 4pm. The Gray Wolves will look to potentially break into the top-15 with a win.
