SYLVANIA, Ohio – Lourdes men's volleyball's outside hitter
Jaber Badarne has won his second WHAC Attacker of the Week award this season, the conference announced on Monday morning.
Badarne had 22 kills in the Gray Wolves' lone match this week vs. Indiana Tech. He has helped lead them to one of their best starts in program history as the No. 8-ranked team in the country at 14-3.
The Arrabe, Israel native leads the team with just under four kills per set, and also leads the team with 185 total kills. These numbers are despite only playing in 65% of the team's matches this season. He is also ranked 19
th nationally in total kills and third in the WHAC.
Badarne and the men's volleyball team play IU East on the road tonight in Richmond, Indiana. They are looking for their 15
th victory of the season.
