SYLVANIA, Ohio –
Emma Pedroza (senior women's basketball guard) and
Derek Fairley (sophomore men's basketball guard) have been selected to All-American teams.
Pedroza was selected as an honorable-mention to the WBCA All-American team by the NAIA Coaches committee. Pedroza had an incredible season where she led the team in assists (122), was second on the team in scoring (19.9 PPG) and rebounding (6.5 RPG), and was third on the team in steals (57) and blocks (7).
Pedroza ends her Lourdes career as the all-time leader in scoring, assists, and steals in program history.
Meanwhile, Fairley was selected as a 3
rd-team NAIA All-American, the league announced on Monday morning. The Cleveland, Ohio native spent much of this year as a Bevo Francis Award nominee and consistently ranked towards the top of the country in scoring.
The sophomore led the team in scoring (23.1 PPG) and assists (106). He was second on the team in steals (48) and free throw percentage (.823). He was also third on the team in rebounding (4.3 RPG) and blocks (11).
Fairley ended his sophomore season just 57 points away from 1,000 in his career. His 694 points in the 2025-26 season ties
Shaunn Monroe for the program record. Fairley becomes the youngest All-American in Lourdes men's basketball history.
