2017 TF: Competed at distances ranging from 400m through 1000m indoors … ran the 400m outdoors … had a top indoor 400m time of 57.37 at the Tiffin Dragon Open (Jan. 21) … posted a time of 2:10.21 in the800m on Feb. 10 at the Defiance Dick Small Invitational … had an outdoor best 400m time of 55.82 at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open (March 25).
 
2016 CC: Raced in six meets during rookie campaign … had a season’s best 8K time of 32:17.6 at the Jenna Strong Classic on Oct. 14 … posted a 5K time of 20:36.9 at the Heidelberg College Carnival (Sept. 9) … had a 6K best of 25:28.62 at the Back to the Nature Preserve Invitational on Sept. 2.
 
Prep: A two-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field for the Knights … earned Honorable Mention All-Southwest Ohio Conference honors in cross country as a senior … garnered First Team All-SWOC honors as a junior on the oval in the 4x400m relay … helped track team win the regional title and finish third at the state championship in 2015 … turned in a time of 19.94 in the 110 high hurdles, 44.39 in the 300 intermediate hurdles, and 24.78 in the 200m dash.
