The Lourdes University Gray Wolves women's basketball team fell at home to the Cougars of Spring Arbor University 75-55 on Tuesday night at the Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter.

The Gray Wolves got off to a rocky start as they found themselves down early by 10 points 17-7. The Cougars had consistent three point shooting from the outside as they made 57% from long distance in the first half to reach a break score of 37-19. The Gray Wolves would be plagued once again on the evening by mishandling of the ball and committed 21 turnovers that led to fast break points for Spring Arbor.

The second half of the game was much closer though as the two teams would trade blow for blow on the court as the Gray Wolves would score 36 points while only giving up 38.

Tarynn Hampton would lead the Gray Wolves on the night as she posted a team high 13 points. Emily Orsini and Lauren Tilden would each chip in with nine points. Tarynn Hampton would complete the double-double on the night as she would also pull down 11 rebounds which were another team high.
