On Saturday afternoon the Lourdes University women's basketball team was on the road to take on WHAC opponent Aquinas College. The Saints of Aquinas won the game 73-55.

The Gray Wolves would play tough and despite winning the points in the paint and on second chance opportunities the Gray Wolves fell to 4-17 overall and 0-11 in conference play.

The Gray Wolves trailed at the break 34-20 but hung much tougher in the second half with a 39-35 second half scoring advantage for the Saints.

Three players scored in double figures for Lourdes including Tarynn Hampton with a team high 15 points, newcomer Tiffani Blackman with 14 and Emily Orsini with 12 points.

Next up for the Gray Wolves is a home game in the Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter on Monday night against Rochester College at 7pm.
