Davenport showed why it's the second-ranked team in NAIA Division II on Saturday afternoon, shooting 49.3% from the floor and forcing 29 Lourdes turnovers while defeating the Gray Wolves 96-61 at the DU Student Center in Grand Rapids, Mich.

A 23-0 run by the Panthers midway through the first half broke the game open as the Panthers built a 32-9 lead. Davenport eventually took a 56-24 lead into the locker room. Lourdes was never able to cut the deficit under 30 in the second half.

Lauren Tilden (Ravenna, Ohio/Ravenna H.S.) led the way for Lourdes with 20 points, making 6-of-9 from three-point range while
Tarynn Hampton (Saint Louis, Mo./Alton H.S.) added 18 points and 11 rebounds. Tiffani
Blackman (Toledo, Ohio/Start H.S.) just missed a double-double with 10 points and nine boards.

Tiesha Stokes led Davenport (6-1, 2-1 WHAC) with 17 points and eight rebounds, making 8-of-9 shots from the floor. Alex Law scored 15 points while Alison Bouman and Linnea Brandholm each added 11 points for the Panthers.
