Box Score
Lourdes went scoreless from the field for more than 10 minutes in the first half as 19th-ranked Siena Heights went on a 28-0 run which proved to be the difference on Thursday evening as the Saints defeated the Gray Wolves 64-31 at the Fieldhouse in Adrian, Mich.
