Scouting Indiana Tech: The Warriors have won back-to-back games after downing Aquinas 73-67 at home on Saturday afternoon.  Indiana Tech hosts Marygrove on Wednesday before visiting Lourdes on Saturday.  Taylor Carver, who played for the first time for the Warriors on Dec. 30, leads the team averaging 14.5 points per game.  Taylor Seiss adds 14.2 points per contest while Linsey Masnari chips in 13.7 points per night.  Baylee Rinehart is the fourth Warrior averaging double figures, tallying 13.0 points per game.

Filling Up the Stat Sheet: Lauren Tilden did a little of everything on Saturday afternoon versus Madonna.  The senior guard scored eight points, grabbed eight rebounds, and registered six steals defensively for the Gray Wolves.  Tilden also handed out a pair of assists while playing 38 minutes.  Her six rebounds led the team for the first time this season.

Longest Homestand of the Year: The three-game homestand for the Gray Wolves that begins on Saturday will match Lourdes longest of the season.  Lourdes was also home three straight games from Jan. 3-10, a stretch in which the Gray Wolves posted a 1-2 mark.

Postseason Implications: Wednesday's game at Aquinas is a big one for the Gray Wolves if they have aspirations of making the WHAC tournament.  The top eight teams make the postseason event and Lourdes is currently in ninth place.  Aquinas, which is in eighth place, has a three-game lead in the standings over the Gray Wolves with 10 games remaining on the schedule.

A Second Half Scoring Team: Lourdes has scored 84 more points in the second half this season than during the opening 20 minutes.  The Gray Wolves are tallying 28.9 points during the first half of games compared with 33.1 points over the final stanza.  Lourdes opponents are scoring 34.3 points per game in the first half and 36.3 points over the final 20 minutes.

Free Throw Woes: Lourdes has struggled from the free throw line all season, shooting just 59.8% from the charity stripe.  Only three times have the Gray Wolves shot better than 67% from the line in a game.  Lauren Tilden is the lone Gray Wolf (with more than four attempts) shooting better than 70% from the line individually, connecting at a 72.3% clip.

Captains Named: Lourdes has two captains on the roster this season.  Serving in the leadership role for 2014-2015 are Lauren Tilden and Emily Orsini.  Tilden is a two-time team captain, having also served in that role in 2012-2013, while Orsini is in her first season as a team captain.
