Upcoming in Gray Wolves Basketball: Lourdes begins the stretch run of the 2014-2015 season this week looking to solidify a spot in the upcoming Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference tournament. The Gray Wolves begin the week at home on Wednesday, entertaining Marygrove, before taking to the road on Saturday evening for a contest against local rival Siena Heights.

Series Notes: Lourdes holds a 5-2 series edge against Marygrove dating back to Jan. 3, 2011. The Gray Wolves have won four of the last five meetings between the two schools after posting a 76-54 win over the Mustangs in Highland Park, Mich. earlier this season on Nov. 25. Lourdes holds a 3-0 series advantage in games played at Tam-o-Shanter. Lourdes holds a 7-2 advantage all-time against Siena Heights in a series dating back to Nov. 12, 2011. The Gray Wolves have won two straight in the series after posting a 56-40 victory earlier this season on Jan. 10 at Tam-o-Shanter. The series is tied 2-2 in Adrian, Mich.
Wrapping Up Last Week: E.J. Blackwell scored a career-high 33 points, making 12-of-16 shots from the floor, on Wednesday evening as Lourdes posted a 69-48 road victory over Concordia (Mich.). The Gray Wolves made 7-of-14 shots from three-point range and committed just six turnovers in the victory. On Saturday afternoon, Lourdes raced out to a 16-point halftime lead, only to see Michigan-Dearborn storm back in the second half to record a 59-54 victory at home.Â
